China: Steel billet prices edge down by RMB 20/t ($3/t)
Steel billet prices in China's Tangshan decreased by RMB 20/t ($3/t) on 26 May 2022. Prices stood at RMB 4,450/t ($661/t), inclusive of 13% VAT. According to data maintained with SteelMint, China's SHFE rebar futures contract for October 2022 delivery was closed today at RMB 4,505/t ($669/t), witnessing a fall of RMB 36/t ($5/t), d-o-d.
