India: Balco cuts aluminium ingots prices by INR 1,250/t
Balco has decreased primary aluminium ingots (P1020, 99.7%) prices by INR 1,250/t ($18/t) on 30 July, a day after it had hiked the prices by INR 5,250/t. The effective price stands at INR 227,750/t ($2,873/t). The closing price of the three-month aluminium futures on LME stood at $2,842/t on 29 July, slightly up by $26/t d-o-d, while cash prices decreased by $6/t to $2,452/t d-o-d.
