India: Heavy structural steel prices down INR 500/t in Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Heavy structural steel manufacturers in Raipur reduced prices by INR 500/t today. The current offer for 150mm channel stands at INR 53,000/t exw. Weak market sentiments and inadequate enquiries over the last couple of days pulled prices lower. Offers in Raipur stood somewhat higher compared to the neighbouring markets and currently trade discounts hovering at around INR 1,200-1,500/t.
