India: Heavy structure steel prices decrease by INR 1,000/t d-o-d
Heavy structural steel prices in Raipur decreased by INR 1,000/t d-o-d due to sluggish demand amidst slow billets trading across regions. The current offer for 150mm channel stands at INR 55,200/t exw. Subdued buying enquiries and almost negligible trade volumes pushed suppliers to decrease prices. Trade discounts of around INR 1,200-1,500/t are given in the spot market.
