India: Semi-finished steel price movements slow down in Jharkhand
- Jharkhand-based steel mills concluded deals for around 1,500 t of billets at a price range of INR 53,800-54,000/t exw Ramgarh.
- Also, 2,000 t of sponge iron deals have been confirmed, out of which 1,100 t PDRI was sold at INR 34,700-35,000/t and 900 t CDRI at INR 36,700-36,800/t exw Ramgarh.
- Moderate trade activities took place due to the continuous fall in prices. Low sales of finished steel impacted semi-finished steel price movements.
